About Laken Wise
Laken Wise earned her J.D. from The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law and began her career clerking for a Franklin County Domestic Relations judge — experience that gave her an inside view of how custody and divorce decisions are actually made. Before founding Wise Law, she practiced at a mid-sized Columbus firm where she handled high-asset divorces and contested custody trials.
She started Wise Law to do family law differently: transparent fees, direct attorney access, and strategies built for real families — not billable hour targets. She's a member of the Columbus Bar Association, Ohio State Bar Association, and the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers.
